Meghna comes with over 18 years of marketing and communications experience with corporate and social sector companies. She worked on marketing strategy at Anand Bazaar Patrika and 9.9 Media, media planning at Mindshare’s New York and Mumbai offices, and then led the communications team at Teach For India. Meghna has an MBA from The Indian School of Business, and a BA in psychology and communications from Hamilton College, NY.
Partner, Creative Head
Harish brings almost a decade of experience in interface design, design research, print production and 360 brand development. His work focuses on building accessible and inclusive experiences stemming from user behaviour studies. He uses human-centred design principles as his framework to develop design strategies and improve engagement. Harish holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His work has been internationally recognised and awarded the William Drenttel Award for Excellence in Design (2016).
Adhishree has spent close to nine years in the education sector in India. She has vast on-ground experience in teaching and building communities with key stakeholders. Adhishree has previously worked as Senior Manager for Alumni and Partnerships at Teach For India, Strategic Consultant for Alumni Impact with Teach For Bangladesh, and Curriculum Design Consultant with Generation — McKinsey’s social arm. Adhishree has been a Teach For India Fellow, and holds a Masters in International Business & Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh.
